Erica was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, where she graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Retail (Go Gamecocks!). After Graduation she moved to the Charlotte area in 2016. She has almost 8 years of sales and customer service experience where she held positions in store management and merchandise buying.
With a strong passion for customer service and building relationships Erica looks forward to taking on a new challenge in the event industry here at Party Reflections.
Outside of work she enjoys trying new restaurants, watching The Office re-runs on Netflix and spending time with friends and family.

Natasha was born and raised in Chicago, IL. After attending Arizona State University, she lived in places such as Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV. It is on the west coast where she developed her love for the event industry. Natasha has been involved with all several aspects of events from being a Wish Granter with the Make-A-Wish foundation to event promotion and sales at Hyde lounge and nightclub at the Bellagio hotel. After moving to Charlotte 3 years ago, Natasha utilized her skills to become a wedding and event planner where she worked with some of the best vendors in the industry. It is through this job that she found Party Reflections and realized her true passion of event design and décor. Using her creativity to curate her client’s ideas into the event they have always been dreaming about fills her with joy! She loves that she has the opportunity everyday here at PR.
When not at work, Natasha loves to spend time friends and family, go on little outings with her blue Shar Pei, Viva, try new restaurants, go to music festivals, and travel to different cities and countries.

Janelle was born in New York but grew up in New Orleans and has called Charlotte home since 2005. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Special Event Management bringing an eye for detail and a passion for all things events to the team at Party Reflections. She loves taking an event from zero to spectacular and enjoys being a resource to clients and guiding them through a smooth planning process.
Outside of work, Janelle loves adding new stamps to her passport, live music, being outdoors, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.

Terri Sanders has lived in Charlotte, NC all of her life. Through a referral of a previous employee with Party Reflections, she was introduced to the event industry and joined the Party Reflections family in 2005. Though she has always had a passion for helping others, it was her joining the PR team that let her find her creative niche. That creativity in combination with her innate ability at customer service gives her the skills necessary to make lasting memories for all of her clients.
Terri has worked on a wide variety of events in her nine years at PR. From Christmas tree tent rentals at your local Home Depot to extravagant one-time backyard weddings; she has seen and done it all. In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her family, eating out with friends or watching a good action film at the movies.

Lisa is a native Charlottean who’s been in the event industry since 1999. She’s a proud graduate of Winthrop University. Lisa began her career in special events after organizing corporate and family events for fun. She found her true calling. Over her 19+ years in special events, she has worked with all of the best caterers, event planners, venues, schools, wedding planners and festivals in NC. Helping brides plan for their big day has always been her joy. Seeing an event come to life, from conception to completion, is what it’s all about.
As an Account Executive, she is able to pair her passion for creative, cutting-edge event design with her love of details. Lisa enjoys helping her clients bring their vision to life. She welcomes challenges, problem-solving and thinking outside the box. Her clientele count on her to be their partner.
When not at work, Lisa enjoys going to concerts and art galleries, singing karaoke, trying new Charlotte eateries, photography, traveling and spending time with her husband and their 2 Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

Sara has been with Party Reflections since 2007. Growing up in Memphis, Tennessee she will always have a fondness for Memphis style BBQ, Beale Street, and visiting Graceland (or “Gracelyn” as Memphians call it). Sara graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Performing Arts and Communications. (“Go Tigers”)
In her time with Party Reflections, Sara works side by side with Charlotte’s leading Wedding Planners, Venues and Catering Teams. Carolinas Healthcare and many divisions of the Hendrick team depend on Sara for their Ground Breakings, Grand Openings and Corporate Events. She values the strong relationships she has with her clients and can call many of them friends. Outside of the office, Sara spends the majority of her time with her husband and two children. She enjoys good food and wine and she loves shopping at Anthropologie & Madewell.

Kathryn Meyer is a Senior Account Executive of Party Reflections, Inc. and has been in the event industry for over 20 years. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, Kathryn has focused her career for the past 16 years in the special events industry with Party Reflections, Inc. She has been extremely instrumental in elevating the company onto the Top 30 Event Rental Companies International list created by Special Events Magazine. Kathryn has won numerous awards for her work over the past decade from the Greater Charlotte Chapter of the International Special Event Society. She has also been recognized for her involvement with the Charlotte Chamber Annual Meeting Planning committee for the past several years. Kathryn was recently recognized by Special Events Magazine as one of the “25 Young Event Professionals to Watch” as selected by the International Advisory Board of the publication.
On a daily basis, she stays active with her very handsome chocolate lab, Gus. When available she and Gus find time to make it home to Georgia and spend time with her family and friends. Her favorite escapes are with friends seeing live music, skiing out west or traveling anywhere near or far.
